Check-in and departure times

• Guests are requested to check-in from 2:00pm onwards.
• Guests are welcome to check in earlier, but we cannot guarantee rooms will be ready before 2:00pm.
• Check-ins after 9:00 pm guests must advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
• Check-out is before 10:30am on day of departure, however, luggage may be left with us after check-out and collected later in the day.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.
• One child from 0 – 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds or in a child’s cot/crib (not provided).
• All older children or adults are charge 100% of the room stay per night per person.
• Max number of children’s cot/crib in a room is 1.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Cancellation Policy for individual bookings

• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified within 1 up to 6 days before date of arrival, 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• All cancellation must be in writing.

Cancellation Policy for group bookings

• If 3 or more rooms are reserved the booking is considered a group booking.
• If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified within 7 up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50% fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified within 1 up to 6 days before date of arrival, 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• All cancellation must be in writing.

Deposit Payment

• Refunds will be done through the same channel as the deposit payment.
• We keep your reservation for 3 working days if you book online and pay with a banktransfer. Proof of payment should be send by email in this period.
• Cost of deposit payments into the euro account from a non-SEPA country or a non-euro bank account will be charged.
• Cost of deposit payments into the dollar or UGX account in Uganda from a bank account outside Uganda will be charged.
